Looking at the number of views in last month’s newsletter this area is closely looked at so here are a few new properties.
- Ola de Mar is located on the beach in Progreso 1/2 a block from the malecon. It is a renovated home that houses 5 rooms of various sizes and has been open since August 2019.

Vina del Mar is a second storey walkup that has three condos ready in Chicxulub in front of the sea. All are one bedroom with balcony off the bedroom. Rent is $900 US and available Nov-March. Note: below the condos is a beach club.
